2023 Parade Springfield St. Patrick’s Day Parade
WELCOME!
Thank you for participating in the 2023 Springfield Township Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, honoring the Patron Saint of Ireland, to be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023. A rain or cancellation date is set for March 18 if necessary, and all will be notified if needed.
By clicking the following links, you will find the line of march for the parade. There is an alphabetical list by organization name and a numerical list of the line of march. There will be Parade Marshals to assist you with lining up in your position. We ask that all groups arrive no later than 10:45am in order for the parade to start on time (12:00 noon). For staging information, click this link.
You will also find the parade rules and regulations here which must be followed in order to ensure the safety of all participants (especially the young children) and spectators. Violators of the rules will not be invited to participate in future parades.
For those groups with vehicles in the line of march, please have your drivers exercise extreme caution when moving the vehicles around the groups with young children. Their safety is of the utmost importance. Also, please exercise caution at the SEPTA railroad crossing. We realize this may cause problems and delays, but it is beyond our control.
Groups that are being picked up by bus at the end of the parade: Please advise your bus drivers to park on Saxer Avenue, facing South (towards Baltimore Pike) below the firehouse. Please do not block the firehouse aprons or parking lots..

Congratulations to the Grand Marshal, Springfield Fire Company. They celebrated their 103rd year of service to Springfield Township this year. Have a safe and enjoyable parade!

Please Note: The 2023 St. Patrick’s Parade is being dedicated to Belle Erb, who passed away in 2021. Belle was the long time Treasurer for the St. Patrick’s Parade Committee.

The Parade Committee asks for your prayers for good weather on Saturday, March 11, 2023. If there is bad weather or another reason to cancel, a “rain date” is scheduled for Saturday, March 18. If that occurs please listen to KYW-1060 AM radio for information. Hope to see you at the parade!
